We use the details you choose to send us for the purpose stated on the form. Event notifications and book updates are separate choices.

What we collect

Book updates. We collect your email address when you use a book signup form. We do not collect a phone number.

The book signup form is handled by MailerLite, the service we use to send the one email when a book ships. Your address is transmitted to MailerLite and stored in an account that only we can open. You'll get a confirmation email first; if you don't confirm, you're not on the list. MailerLite's handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy. (Before 16 September 2026 the form was a Google Form; an address given then sits in a Google Sheet that only we can open, under Google's privacy policy.)

The forms page. Readers of Managing Mom’s Money With Love can leave an email address at corsoalexander.co/forms/money to get the link to our current-forms page. That address joins the same MailerLite book list, under the same rules: a confirmation email first, then an email only when a new book ships. The link is shown on the page as soon as you submit.

Event notifications. We collect your email address and any optional words you provide about interests or topics. Netlify Forms stores your request, its submission date and the stated preference for events in a rolling 28-day window. These requests are separate from the MailerLite book list. No phone number is collected on the email form. Please give topic words rather than private personal details.

Event texts. The separate phone-only registration on the contact page collects your mobile number through Netlify Forms, along with the submission date, SMS preference, rolling 28-day event scope and version of the consent wording. No name, email address or interests profile is requested. Text notifications have not started yet. This list covers our upcoming events, without personal topic matching. The four-week window moves forward at each notification; registration remains open until you withdraw it. We use the number only for event texts, never for sales calls or book updates, and never sell it. We retain it while the request is open and delete it when you withdraw by contacting hello@corsoalexander.co.

Other messages and feedback. If you email us through the contact page, we receive the message and any contact details you include. Cover-vote forms store the rankings and comments you submit through Netlify Forms.

What we do with it

If you sign up for book updates, we email you when a book ships. Nothing between.

If you request event notifications, we use your interests to select relevant gatherings happening within the next four weeks at the time of each notification. If you leave interests blank, your request covers all our events. The window keeps moving forward; it is not a four-week subscription expiry. Notifications begin when gatherings are scheduled, and your request remains open until you unsubscribe. An event request does not sign you up for book updates, or vice versa.

We do not sell your address, rent it, trade it, or hand it to an advertiser, a partner, or anyone else. If that ever changes, it changes for addresses collected afterward, and we'll say so here first.

Cookies and tracking

This site runs Google Analytics, which sets a cookie and tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, and roughly where the visits come from (search, a link, typed in). We have turned off Google's advertising features and ad personalization for this site. Google receives the visit data and handles it under its own privacy policy. There is no advertising pixel and no other third-party script. Analytics was added 16 September 2026; before that the site set no cookies at all.

Two other things reach outside servers when the page loads, and you should know about both:

• Fonts. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Hosting. The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps ordinary server access logs — IP address, time, page requested — as nearly every web host does.

Getting off the list

Write to hello@corsoalexander.co and ask. We'll take you off without asking why. Every email we send will also carry an unsubscribe link.

Seeing or deleting what we hold

Write to hello@corsoalexander.co. We'll tell you what's on file — including your submitted contact details, interests, preferences and submission date where applicable — and delete it on request. There is no form to fill out and no waiting period beyond the time it takes to read your message.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect addresses from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We don't make quiet edits.
